Automotive Skills Center: Provides space for basic automotive service and cleaning operations performed by the vehicle owner, with or without limited guidance. Automotive craft activities that are oriented toward, but go beyond, the repair and maintenance of personal automobiles, trucks, trailers, motorcycles, and bicycles (such as car clinics, safety inspections, demonstrations, and competitions) are conducted. In addition, building space is provided for instructional programs, club meetings, administrative tasks, tool issuance and storage, and limited automotive parts sales. Steam cleaning facilities for use by vehicle owners may also be provided.
